There are a lot of things we don’t know about Shane: Why he hangs out at frat parties. Where he gets his herbal tea supply. (Mystic Falls Health Food does not stock that kind of thing.) How old he is (and thus, how inappropriate the hookup would be). Clearly, he’s up to no good — he figuratively has the blood of 12 hybrids on his hands. Plus, he kind of wants to make zombies out of Hayley’s (Phoebe Tonkin) parents.
