According to E!Online , Delena will land on the dance floor together at this year’s Miss Mystic Falls pageant. Sound awfully familiar? That’s because it’s the same event the pair danced together in during Season 1 of Vampire Diaries. Only difference is that this time there’s no Stefan (Paul Wesley) to get in the way of a slow dance turning into something more.

Plus, it seems that sexual tension won’t be the only heat Elena’s feeling, as she and Caroline (Candice Accola) butt heads at the pageant as well. Gee, we wonder if that has anything to do with Elena’s choice of date? Or the fact that Caroline will be on the arm of Klaus (Joseph Morgan), for that matter…
