We’ve heard that it’s very rare to meet even one of The Five in your lifetime, so of course, in Mystic Falls, we’re going to meet at least three (or do Connor and Jeremy count as one?). Despite Jer’s presence in town, we know that Twilight’s Charlie Bewley has been cast as another brother, Vaughn.
According to E! Online, Vaughn makes his first appearance in Season 4, Episode 13, and he’s headed straight for the Salvatore brothers. Perhaps because their girl killed Connor? It’s a definite possibility.
And like Connor, Vaughn is a highly skilled expert at what he does, which is bad news for Damon. But it could be semi-good news for Delena fans. Apparently, Damon’s first encounter with Vaughn proves just how much he cares for Elena. Could it be that Vaughn is trying to punish Elena for killing Connor by going after the man she lusts/loves? Or is he trying to get to her?
We’ll have to wait and see. But we highly approve of this Vaughn guy so far. You know, as long as he doesn’t actually kill anyone we love.
